【摘要】 龙卷风是一种由快速旋转直立空中管状的气流形成,造成的灾害难以抗御。通过总结龙卷风的成因、特点及时空分布规律,鉴于盐城阜宁龙卷风事件,同时借鉴美国成功防范龙卷风的经验,指出我国龙卷风防范中存在的问题,并从城市安全和规划方面给出龙卷风的预防与防治的建议和启示,以期为我国的综合防灾体系做出有益的探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tornado is formed with a rapid rotation of the air by the vertical air tube. By summarizing the causes,characteristics and temporal and spatial distribution of tornadoes, and in view of Funing Yancheng Tornado Event and American experience of preventing tornado, this paper presents the problems in the tornado prevention in China, and the prevention and control of tornadoes from the aspects of urban safety and planning, and makes a beneficial exploration for comprehensive disaster prevention the system in China.更多还原
