【摘要】 供给侧结构性改革的短期任务是"去产能"、"去库存"、"去杠杆"、"降成本"和"补短板",中长期任务是实现产业结构的转型升级和提高企业的创新能力。近年来,云南采取的经济政策在这两个方面取得了初步进展,但总体而言仍不能适应供给侧结构性改革的这两大任务,需要从多方面作出系统的结构性调整。本文首先通过调研鉴别政策调整面临的形势、任务以及主要的困难与挑战,最后基于当前云南经济结构的特征,提出相对应的政策选择。更多还原

【Abstract】 The tasks and challenges of structural reform in supply side of Yunnan provinces are as follows. The short-term mission of supply side structural reform is "to cut production capacity", "to decrease the inventory" and "to decrease the leverage", "to reduce cost" and "to complement the short part", the long-term task is to realize the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure and improve the innovation ability of enterprises. In recent years, Yunnan’s economic policy has made preliminary progress in these two areas while in general, the overall reform still can not adapt to these two supply side structural reform, there are still lots to do for system adjustments. This paper will identify the current situation, the task and the main difficulties and challenges of the policy adjustment, and finally, based on the characteristics of the current economic structure in Yunnan, the paper puts forward the corresponding policy choices.更多还原
