基于任务导向的综合技能训练实例——中职与普通本科“3+4”分段培养教学探索
A Task Oriented Comprehensive Skill Training—Exploring Staged Training with 3-year Secondary Vocational Education and 4-yearl Undergraduate Education
【摘要】 中、高等职业教育衔接是国家加快现代职业教育体系建设,培养技术技能型人才的重要举措。江苏省首批"中职与普通本科3+4分段培养"试点项目的学生已顺利完成中职阶段学习,并通过考核升入高校。在中职阶段技能教学中,依托信息化平台,着力课程教学资源建设,积极开展基于任务导向的综合技能训练。选取"弯管机的制作和装配"为训练课例。科学设计工作任务书,有序引导学生编制工作计划和进行读图、编程、加工、装配、检测等多项技能训练。积极推行理实一体化教学,尝试教学评价改革,取得了较好成效,推动了项目试点工作向纵深发展。
【Abstract】 Linking up secondary and higher vocation education is a major step to accelerate the construction of modern vocational education system and train technical talents. The first batch of students enrolling in the ″3-year secondary vocational education with 4-year undergraduate education project″ of Jiangsu province,a pilot staged training program,had completed the secondary vocational education and went into colleges and universities. During the secondary phase, students took advantage of the information platform and the curriculum construction of teaching resources,actively participating in a task oriented comprehensive skill training.With ″the manufacturing and assembly of pipe bender″ as an example,measures have been explored in terms of designing scientific work assignment and guiding students to prepare work plan and carry out training tasks like interpreting drawings,programming,processing,assembling, testing,etc. Integration of theory and practice has been greatly proposed in teaching with tentative reforms in evaluation,which has produced a marked effect and thus set up a basis for furthering this pilot project.
