【Abstract】 Knowledge management performance evaluation is an important part of knowledge management.The scientific and accuracy of performance evaluation have directly impact on the innovation of knowledge management strategy and the development of the enterprise.The scientific and rationality of performance evaluation index is very important to the accuracy of the performance evaluation.Based on the correlation analysis on knowledge chain and balanced score card(BSC),the dimension of the BSC was improved from the knowledge chain process node,and the performance evaluation index system of enterprise tacit knowledge management was built.更多还原
