【摘要】 由于创新具有比发明、专利更丰富的内涵,区域创新不仅受到正式制度的影响和制约,还要受到非正式制度的影响和制约。要提高区域创新能力必须要重视非正式制度要素。本文首先指出了创新与发明、专利的联系与区别,进而对非正式制度的内涵和特征进行了较为系统的阐述,在此基础上较为具体地分析了非正式制度的各重要要素对区域创新氛围和区域创新能力的影响。并依据上述分析,结合实际,有针对性地提出了提高我国区域创新能力的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 As innovation has richer connotation than invention and patent, regional innovation is influenced and restricted not only by formal system but also by informal system. It is essential to pay special attention to factors of informal system in order to improve regional innovation capacity. This paper firstly points out the relation and differences between innovation and invention & patent, and describes the contents and characteristics of informal system in a systematical manner, and then analyzes the influences of major factors of informal system on regional innovation climate and capacity. As a conclusion, this paper puts forwards specific policy recommendation for improvement of Chinese regional innovation capacity based on the above analysis and the actual conditions.更多还原
