【Abstract】 Pediatric traumatic brain injury is a very common emergency in Department of Neurosurgery.There is a big difference between pediatric traumatic brain injury and adult traumatic brain injury. So the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric traumatic brain injury can not simply completely copy the mode of adult traumatic brain injury. In the process of diagnosis and treatment of pediatric traumatic brain injury,we should minimize computed tomography radiation exposure,pay attention to the prevention and early detection of post-traumatic cerebral infarction and lay more stress on the diagnosis and treatment of neurocognitive impairment as well as psychological disorders after traumatic brain injury.更多还原
