【摘要】 测定云南省楚雄地区野坝子中多糖的含量。采用溶剂提取法回流提取多糖,用苯酚—硫酸比色法测定多糖含量。结果表明葡萄糖浓度在0―35μg/m L范围与吸光度A具有良好的线性关系(R2=0.9992),测得野坝子中多糖的含量达到7.96%(RSD=0.24%,n=8),回收率在90.02%―94.51%之间(RSD=1.43%,n=3)。更多还原

【Abstract】 The experiment is to determinate the content of polysaccharide in elsholtzia rugulosa in Chuxiong of Yunnan Province. For the purpose,the polysaccharide was extracted with water,and polysaccharide content in elsholtzia rugulosa was determined by phenol-sulfuric acid colorimetry.
