【摘要】 教师教育实践类课程在培养教师职业信念、职业角色意识、职业情感和增强教师职业能力方面具有重要作用。实践课程的改革与创新是教师教育改革的一项重要内容。以楚雄师范学院人才培养方案(2011年版)中教师教育课程"课堂教学技能与班主任工作"为例,对教师教育实践类课程的课堂教学实施现状进行调查与研究,并分析存在的问题,为后续教师教育实践类课程课堂教学组织和实施提出改进性依据,以期进一步推动教师教育课程的改革。更多还原

【Abstract】 Education-practice courses play an important role in cultivating job belief,awareness of professional role,professional sentiment and teaching ability improvement of the teachers. Reform and innovation of such courses are,therefore,an important job in the teaching reform in general. Based on the example of "Classroom Teaching Techniques and Work of Class Director"of teachers’ education course in the Graduate Development Plan( Ver. 2011) of Chuxiong Normal University and a survey on classroom implementation of the education-practice courses,the paper analyzes the existing problems to shed some light on implementation of further similar courses so as to promote reform of such teachers’ education courses.更多还原
