基于AHP和模糊综合评判法的河南省科技人才评价

【摘要】 进入21世纪以来,经济社会迅速发展,在此过程中河南省面临的首要而紧急的任务就是加快科技人才队伍建设。文章分析了河南省科技人才现状,在此基础上,着重探讨科技人才评价原理及评价指标的设置,建立起一套适用于评价河南省科技人才现状的指标评价体系,运用层次分析法确立科技人才评价的各级指标权重,并运用模糊综合评判法进行实证分析。得出科技人才评价的综合得分及各指标的评价得分,从而为河南省的科技人才管理和使用部门提供若干有价值的对策建议和决策参考。

【Abstract】 Since twenty-first Century, with the rapid development of economy and society, the primary and urgent task faced by Henan Province in the process is to accelerate the construction of science and technology talents. This paper analyzed the current situation of science and technology talents in Henan Province, on this basis, focused on discussing science and technology talent evaluation principle and evaluation index setting, established a set of index evaluation system for evaluating the current situation of science and technology talents in Henan Province, using AHP established the weight of each index in the evaluation of science and technology talents, and applied fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for empirical analysis. The comprehensive score of science and technology talent evaluation and the evaluation score of each index were obtained, so as to provide some valuable counter measures and decisionmaking reference for the management and using departments of science and technology talents in Henan Province.
