【摘要】 以广东外语外贸大学会计类专业本科学生为样本,以学生创业意愿为因变量,从学生个人的人口统计特征、企业家精神、所感知的外部资源三方面出发设计一系列自变量,运用多元回归分析发现,创业比赛经历在没有考虑外部资源时对创业意愿有显著正面影响。企业家精神中的创新能力、资源配置能力和竞争意识对创业意愿有积极影响,外界的资金筹措、创业知识获取难易、有无创业榜样及创业政策支持对学生的创业意愿都有显著积极影响。外部的影响显著大于企业家精神的贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using the undergraduate students majoring in accounting of Guangdong University of Foreign Studies as samples, with students’ entrepreneurial intentions as dependent variables, a series of independent variables were designed from three aspects of individual student demographics, entrepreneurship, and perceptive external resources. Multiple regression analysis showed that entrepreneurial competition experience had significant positive impact on entrepreneurial intention when considering no external resources. Innovation ability,resource allocation ability and competition awareness of entrepreneurship had positive impact, on entrepreneurial intentions, and external financing, entrepreneurial knowledge acquisition difficulity, the availability of entrepreneurial role models and entrepreneurship policy support for student entrepreneurs all had significant positive impacts on entrepreneurial intentions. External influences contributed significantly larger than entrepreneurship.更多还原
