TPT型太阳能电池背板热处理工艺的研究
Study on heat treatment process of TPT solar cell backing
【摘要】 TPT型背板是早期传统的太阳能电池背板,由PET基材两侧通过胶黏剂复合杜邦的PVF氟膜组成。PVF具有独特的氟化链整体结构,致使PVF氟膜耐热性、耐候性、耐高低温性和耐化学药品性等性能优异。但氟聚合物不含极性基团,作为背板内层材料与EVA封装胶膜的粘结力比较低,采用高温熔融法处理PVF表面,可以大幅提高PVF膜与EVA封装胶膜的粘结性能。研究表明,在存在压力的情况下,当热压处理温度达到一定温度时,PVF膜与EVA封装胶膜的粘结力有显著提高。
【Abstract】 The TPT type backplane is an early traditional solar panel,Composed of Du Pont composite PVF fluoride film on both sides of the PET substrate. PVF has a unique overall structure of fluorinated chains, And PVF fluorine film has excellent heat resistance, weather resistance, high and low temperature resistance and chemical resistance. But fluoropolymer contains no polar group, and the adhesive force between the inner layer and the EVA film is relatively low, The adhesion between PVF film and EVA packaging film can be greatly improved by high temperature melting treatment of PVF surface. Studies show that, in the case of stress, When the temperature of hot pressing treatment reaches a certain temperature,the bonding force between PVF film and EVA film is remarkably improved.
