不同条件下炸药代用材料表面摩擦起电特性测量
Friction Induced Static Electricity Characteristic on Material Surface of Explosive Substitutes Under Different Conditions
【摘要】 为了更加科学有效地测量炸药的静电安全性,需要获得不同条件下炸药代用材料等几种典型接触物的摩擦起电特性,通过工艺参数优化设计,利用自动式摩擦静电电压测试仪方便稳固地安装炸药代用材料开展摩擦起电及电压测试试验,掌握了不同条件下炸药代用材料等几种典型接触物的摩擦起电特性。
【Abstract】 An auto friction induced static electricity characteristic testing machine is established,which can hold the sample firmly and can be used to conduct the friction test. The maximal friction induced static electricity voltage will be recorded during the auto friction. The friction induced static electricity characteristics of several typical materials were got by using the machine.
