TC25钛合金机匣优化锻造工艺研究
Research on TC25 Titanium Alloy Forging Process Optimization
【摘要】 针对TC25钛合金机匣类薄壁零件在加工和使用过程中容易变形,通过对TC25钛合金某锻件进行锻造、热处理等工艺参数优化的技术研究,对比分析原工艺和优化工艺对锻件产品组织、性能、残余应力等方面的影响,优化工艺生产锻件的组织均匀性和应力均匀性,工艺优化效果明显,基本实现了残余应力和组织状态有效管理。
【Abstract】 This thesis covers optimization of process parameters such as forging and heat treatment for TC25 titanium alloy case with thin wall,which deforms easily during processing and service. Also,original process and optimized one are compared for effect on structure,properties,and residual stress of forging product. After optimized,uniformity of structure,stress of forgings and the effect of optimization is significant; residual stress and structure can also be controlled effectively.
