基于转速的电磁轴承控制参数自整定研究
Research on Control Parameter Self-Tuning of AMB Based on Speed
【摘要】 针对电磁轴承控制效果易受转子转速变化的影响,而普通PID控制器不能根据转速变化做出参数相应调整的问题,提出了一种模糊PID参数自整定的方法。以600 Wh飞轮储能径向磁悬浮轴承为试验对象,进行了试验验证,结果表明:由于在控制器设计时考虑了转速变化的影响,提高了电磁轴承控制系统的动静态特性和抗干扰能力。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the issues which the active magnetic bearings( AMB) control processes is susceptible to the rotor speed changes,and ordinary PID controller can not achieve self-tuning parameters online corresponding to the rotor speed,a fuzzy PID parameter self-tuning method is put forward. Taking 600 Wh the flywheel energy storagel radial active magnetic bearing as the object of experiments,the test is conducted. The results show that the proposed fuzzy PID parameters self-tuning method can improve the active magnetic bearings control system dynamic and static characteristics and anti-interference ability.
