交通拥堵的碳排放效应——以湘潭市大桥饭店路口为例

【摘要】 根据对湖南省湘潭市大桥饭店路口交通实况的调查数据,计算得到该路口一个繁忙通行方向在交通拥堵时段的碳排放量为平常时段的四倍,在此基础上,计算出湘潭市某条代表性行驶路线的交通拥堵碳排放效应为57%。综合其他信息和经验判断提出,在湘潭市这个三线城市,交通拥堵导致的能耗和碳排放的增加幅度不低于30%。在此基础上,提出了交通碳减排的相关建议。

【Abstract】 With the investigation and the record of the traffics at the crossroad of Bridge Restaurant in Xiangtan,this essay figures out that the amount of carbon emissions at traffic congestion for a busy direction is about 4 times that of carbon emissions at normal status. Further,the effect of traffic congestion on carbon emissions for a representative driving route is as high as 57%. Combing with other information and experience,it is judged that traffic congestion makes energy consumption and carbon emissions rise by at least 30% for a third-tier city like Xiangtan. Accordingly,it puts forward suggestions on reducing carbon emissions.
