【Abstract】 In view of the present situation of the teachers in vocational colleges, such as backward teaching concept, weak teaching and research ability and lack of practical ability, this paper puts forward the idea of integrating the vocational skills competition into the daily teaching, which not only promotes the professional teaching reform, but also improves the quality of personnel training and teachers’ comprehensive ability.
