基于评价SBS改性沥青高温性能的修正软化点方法

【摘要】 为了获得与混合料高温性能相关的SBS改性沥青软化点评价方法,通过变化试验条件(加热介质、测试板距)分析不同结构类型和掺量的SBS改性沥青软化点变化规律,并进行SBS改性沥青混合料的车辙试验。试验结果表明:标准条件下的SBS改性沥青软化点与其混合料的高温性能没有直接关系,也很难鉴别不同SBS改性沥青之间软化点的差异。在对其试验条件修正为"测试板距10 mm,加热介质采用甘油",即修正软化点法后,所测得的环球法软化点可显著区分不同SBS改性沥青之间的差异,且与其混合料的高温稳定性能指标——动稳定度有良好的相关性。

【Abstract】 To achieve the evaluation method of SBS modified asphalt related to the high temperature performance of mixture, the softening points of SBS modified asphalt with different types and dosages were analyzed under different test conditions(heating medium and board distance). Meanwhile, rutting tests were done to SBS modified asphalt mixture. The results show that the softening point measured under current specification method(ASTM D36)have no direct relationship with the high performance of mixture, and it is hard to identify the difference of softening points of different SBS modified asphalt. When the test conditions are revised to "the board distance of 10 mm and the heating medium of glycerinum", the softening points of different SBS modified asphalt measured under revised method could be significantly distinguished and are closely related to the dynamic stability of mixtures.
