【摘要】 桑黄(Phellinus baumii)是一种具有多种药理作用的真菌子实体,因寄生于桑树而得名。桑黄多糖具有明显的抗肿瘤、抗氧化、免疫调节等药理作用,且对人体的毒副作用小,已成为生物抗癌药物领域的重点研究对象。本文对桑黄多糖的分离纯化、结构组成及其药理作用研究状况进行了阐述,并对其研究开发前景进行了展望,为桑黄多糖的深入研究提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Phellinus baumii,a kind of fruiting body from fungus,was named because it mainly parasitized mulberry.With small toxic and side effects on human body,The polysaccharide from Phellinus baumii has several pharmacologic actions,such as antitumor,antioxidation and immuneregulation,thus it becomes one of the hot topics in the study of anticancer drugs.Combined with the research progress,we expound separation/purification、structural composition and pharmacological action of the polysaccharide from Phellinus baumii to provide reference for its further study.更多还原
