环保型胶合板用脲醛树脂胶粘剂制备工艺研究

【摘要】 采用间苯二酚和三聚氰胺改性剂,通过系列实验研究了间苯二酚加入工艺、最终甲醛(F)与尿素(U)的摩尔比n(F)∶n(U)、间苯二酚加入量、三聚氰胺(M)加入时间、尿素分批投料比对改性脲醛树脂游离甲醛含量和胶合强度的影响.研究表明∶当n(F)∶n(U)=1.15∶1、w(间苯二酚)=3%(相对于U总质量)、M在后期加入、尿素分批投料比为60∶35∶5时,UF的游离甲醛含量达到了国家标准要求,胶合板甲醛释放量达到E1级指标,胶合强度达到国家标准中Ⅱ类胶合板要求,耐水性也得到了明显改善.

【Abstract】 With resorcinol and melamine as modifiers, and through a series of experiments, the influence of resor-cinol joining process, the final molar ratios of formaldehyde to urea, resorcinol’s content,melamine’s addingtime and weight ratio of ureain three steps on bonding strength and free formaldehyde content were discussed.The results showed that the free F content could achieve national standard when the final molar ratio of F to Uwas 1.15∶1.00, mass fraction of resorcinol was 3%in total U, melamine was added at the later stage, the addingproportion of urea in batches was 60∶35∶5, and the emission of formaldehydemet the E1 level index require-ment. The bonding strength met the requirement of II-plywood andthe water resistance could also be obviouslyimproved.
