【Abstract】 Along with the establishment of the legal status of planning evaluation in the urban and rural planning of China, the specific organization mode, evaluation contents, and operation mechanism have become the issues that need to be addressed urgently in the planning evaluation practice. This paper introduces the entire evaluation process of City East New Town planning, and elaborates the purpose, organization, implementation approach, and analysis method of the planning evaluation, with the hope of exploring the operation mechanism of planning evaluation suitable for the urban development projects in China.更多还原
