【摘要】 都市圈化是城市化的高级阶段,是中国未来城市发展的一个重要趋势,有演变为区域经济合作主体模式的倾向。杭州都市圈实践活动活跃、发育成长迅速,对其空间结构和演进机理的研究,有助于政府和市场找准突破点协同推进都市圈建设。采用"城市断裂点理论",运用经济距离、引力模型和场强模型等定量指标,初步划定了杭州都市圈的空间范围,并借鉴"企业集团层次论"揭示其圈层结构特征:包括核心区、紧密层、半紧密层和松散层。在此基础上,从政府和市场两个视角研究了都市圈的演进机理:包括区域自然地理和经济社会背景影响、城市规划调整、行政区划变更、企业和高校搬迁、基础设施建设、人口郊区化和周边县市主动对接等多方面因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 Metropolitan area is an advanced stage of urbanization,is also an important trend of China’s urban development in the future,and there is a tendency to evolve into the main mode of regional economic cooperation. It will be helpful for the government and the market to find the breakthrough point to collaboratively promote the construction of metropolitan area in researching on the spatial structure and evolution mechanism of Hangzhou metropolitan area whose practice is active and development is rapid. This article adopts " Urban Breaking Point Theory",uses some quantitative index,such as economic distance,gravity model and field intensity model,etc.,delimits the scope of Hangzhou metropolitan area preliminary,by referring to " Enterprise Group hierarchy theory",and reveals the characteristics of circle structure,including the core area,close circle,semi-close circle and loose circle. On basis of these,the evolution mechanism of metropolitan area is studied from two aspects of the government and market,including many factors,such as the influence of regional natural geography and economic and social background,the adjustment of urban planning,the change of administrative divisions, the relocation of enterprises and universities, infrastructure construction, the active docking between population sub-urbanization and the surrounding counties and cities,etc.更多还原
