【Abstract】 Firstly,this paper comes up with the dilemma trying to disperse urban population and lower the density of urban area across the world. Then,through the observation of the spinoff location of Beijing and Paris creative industry firms,the concept of "first kilometer barrier " that urban functional dispersal will hit is proposed. Finally, this paper suggests that clear away the misunderstandings of the significance of urban density,history and market of Beijing,and reconsider the defect of the anti-magnetic urban planning theory,and value the important role that urban agglomerations play for the megacities in a post-industrial era.更多还原
