北京东南城区热田可持续开发利用问题的思考

【摘要】 北京东南城区热田从20世纪70年代进行开发,经历了快速增长、缓慢减小和快速减小等几个阶段。本论文经过对该热田可持续开发条件的探讨,提出热储压力保持不下降的条件是地热净开采量控制在65万m~3以内,发现目前热储温度和流体化学成分没有发生较大变化,采取措施可以实现资源的可持续开发,但应谨防大规模回灌可能对热储产生"热突破"。论文最后结合规划提出几点建议,包括建立热储温度监测系统、研究地热评价方法、推广地热供暖项目和重新进行地热勘查评价工作。

【Abstract】 The geothermal resources have been exploited in southeastern urban area, Beijing since 1970’s, which can be divided into fast increasing period, slow decreasing period and fast decreasing period. Based on the discussion of the sustainable utilization conditions in this area, it concludes that the pressure of geothermal reservoir will not decline under the condition of produced quantity less than 650,000 m3, and reservoir temperature and fluid chemistry components have no any changes. Sustainable utilization can car ry out by taking some measures, but reservoir "heat breakthough" should be paid attention when large-scale geothermal reinjection is carried out. At last, this paper shows a few suggestions with reference to planning, including establishing monitoring system of the reservoir temperature, studying the evaluation method of geothermal resources, promoting the geothermal heating projects and exploration and evaluation of geothermal resources again.
