【摘要】 重庆市财政科技经费极大地促进了地方科技发展,专利、新产品等数量不断提升,这些成果为地方产业结构调整和地方经济社会发展起到了重要保障作用。近年来,随着财政科技经费总投入的持续增加,其支出存在着"碎片化""不聚焦""交叉重复"的倾向,为进一步优化财政科技经费支出结构,利用因子分析法,结合重庆市2006-2014年财政科技经费支出的相关数据,实证研究了重庆财政科技支出变量之间的相关关系,并提出财政科技经费支出结构优化的政策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The financial funds greatly promote the local development of science and technology which increased rapidly the numbers of patents and new products in Chongqing municipality. It plays an important role for adjustment of Industrial structure and development of social economics in local area. Recently,there exists a trend that the phenomenon of fragmentation,unfocused and repeated in the use of financial funds was obviously. For further optimizing the structure of fiscal science and technology spending,the paper analyze the correlation among variables about fiscal funds spending based on the relevant data about the 2006-2014 financial funds on Chongqing. Finally,the paper put forward some policies on expending structure of fiscal science and technology funds in Chongqing.更多还原
