低能级强夯结合高压旋喷注浆处理高填方住宅地基
Application of Combined Technique of Low-energy Dynamic Compaction and High Pressure Jet Grouting in Ground Treatment of High Embankment Residence
【摘要】 新建小高层住宅项目在临近已有房屋的情况下,采用高能级强夯处理高填方地基易对已有建筑物产生不利影响,此时采用低能级强夯结合高压旋喷注浆经项目检验是解决此类问题的可行性方案。经处理后的地基承载力、变形模量等参数均可满足上部结构设计要求,其经济指标成倍优于灌注桩方案。
【Abstract】 For newly-built medium high-rise residence adjacent to some existing buildings, high-energy dynamic compaction would easily damage the existing buildings, so low-energy dynamic compaction and high pressure jet grouting would be a feasible solution. The parameters like bearing capacity and deformation modulus can meet the design requirements of the superstructure after treatment, and the economic index greatly outshines other solutions.
