基于噪声传递函数的车内噪声分析与优化

【摘要】 利用Hypermesh建立某轿车的TRIMMED-BODY有限元模型、声固耦合模型,考虑发动机激励的情况下进行了噪声传递函数(NTF)分析,识别出后悬置Z向激励引起的声压响应超出了目标值。通过连接点动刚度分析和声学贡献量分析找出导致关键路径噪声问题的原因,针对声学贡献量大的板件以及激励源局部动刚度不足的部位分别提出了优化方案,经过仿真验证优化后的后悬置Z向激励引起的噪声得到了降低,车内噪声也得到了控制。

【Abstract】 A trimmed body finite element model and a coupled structure-acoustic model of a car were established by Hypermesh.Considering the excitation of engine,the analysis on NTF was conducted; and it was identified that the acoustic response caused by z direction excitation of engine rear suspension exceeded the target value. Through the analysis on the dynamic stiffness and acoustic contribution of connection points,the cause of the critical path noise problem was found. An optimization plan was proposed for the panels with large acoustic contribution and the local parts with no enough dynamic stiffness in excitation source.It is validated by simulation that the noise caused by z direction excitation of rear suspension is reduced and the car interior noise is also controlled.
