硫酸盐半光亮电镀锡工艺优化

【摘要】 为了淘汰半光亮电镀锡标准溶液中存在的潜在性致癌物质β-萘酚,通过正交试验和赫尔槽试验确定了一种新型的硫酸盐半光亮电镀锡工艺,采用碘量法、远近阴极法、称重法、阴极极化曲线、湿润法和扫描电镜(SEM)对最佳镀液及镀层性能进行了测试。结果表明:最佳工艺为0.05 g/L苄叉丙酮,1.5 m L/L NP-10,0.10 g/L烟酸,0.50 g/L LF-21,1.00 g/L明胶,20.00~40.00 g/L硫酸亚锡,80.0~120.0 m L/L硫酸,时间为35 min,温度为2030℃,电流密度为12 A/dm~2;本镀液稳定周期长,2526℃下放置2个月以上不变质,且分散能力高达88%94%,电流效率接近100%;锡镀层晶粒细小、致密,结合力和可焊性均达到了国家标准。

【Abstract】 In order to eliminate the potential carcinogenic substance β-naphthalene phenol in the semi-bright tin plating standard solution,a new process of semi-bright tin sulfate electroplating was developed by the orthogonal test and Hull trough test. Moreover,iodine content method,near-far cathode method,weighing method,cathode polarization curve,wetting method and scanning electron microscope( SEM) were used to study the coating properties under the optimum plating conditions. Results showed that the best process was 0. 05 g/L benzyl acetone,1. 50 m L/L NP-10,0. 10 g/L nicotinic acid,0. 50 g/L LF-21,1. 00 g/L gelatin,20. 00-40. 00 g/L stannous sulfate,80. 0-120. 0 m L/L sulfuric acid,time of 3-5 min,temperature of 20-30 ℃,and current density of 1-2 A/dm~2. The stable period of the plating solution was long and the solution could be placed for more than 2 months without deterioration under 25-26 ℃. Moreover,the dispersing ability was up to 88%-94%,and the current efficiency was close to 100%. Besides,the tin coating had fine grains and was dense,as well as the adhesion and solderability both met the national standards.
