交流干扰对X80管线钢腐蚀电位的影响规律研究
Effect of Alternating Current Interference on Corrosion Potential of X80 Pipeline Steel
【摘要】 为进一步明确交流干扰过程中埋地金属管道腐蚀电位所处极化区域的极化斜率之比对腐蚀电位偏移的影响,通过提高腐蚀电位的采集频率等方法从交流电流密度和干扰时间等角度综合分析研究了交流干扰对X80钢在库尔勒土壤模拟液中腐蚀电位的影响规律。研究表明:施加交流干扰后,1 Hz采集频率得到的相对平均腐蚀电位会发生偏移,其偏移方向与100 Hz采集频率得到的相对真实腐蚀电位处的阳极和阴极极化区的极化斜率之比r密切相关,r大于1平均电位正移,反之负移;随着干扰时间的延长,在Jac=1050A/m2时,腐蚀电位偏移量变化较小,而在Jac=100400 A/m2时腐蚀电位偏移量先明显减小后稳定。
【Abstract】 In order to further clarify the influence of the polarization slope ratio of polarization region where corrosion potential locates on the corrosion potential shift in the process of interference,the effect of alternating current(AC) interference on corrosion potential of X80 pipeline steel in the Ku’erle soil simulated solution was studied by increasing acquisition frequency of the corrosion potential in terms of AC current density and interference time. Results showed that the corrosion potential collected by acquisition frequency at 1 Hz shifted and its offset direction was closely related to the ratio of polarization slope(r) of polarization region where corrosion potential gained by acquisition frequency at 100 Hz. If r was greater than 1,the potential shifted positively; while if r was less than 1,the potential shifted negatively. With the increase of interference time,the offset of corrosion potential barely changed when Jac= 10 50 A/m2; and when Jac= 100 400 A/m2,the offset firstly decreased obviously and then kept steady.
