恩施高山地区茭白品种差异分析与品种筛选

【摘要】 在恩施高山地区引种栽培茭白优良品种,对适生性强的7个品种,进一步筛选优良类型,比较各品种优选类型的生长、产量、外观品质,以及还原糖、可溶性蛋白质含量。试验结果表明,叶鞘长、叶长、株高、叶宽差异不显著,茎粗和有效分蘗数差异显著;肉茭长、肉茭直径、壳茭质量和肉茭质量、平均产量均差异显著;还原糖含量差异显著,可溶性蛋白质含量差异极显著;鄂茭2号6号株系、浙茭6号、浙茭2号、秋玉和丽茭1号均表现出较好的外观品质。综合产量、品质和成熟期的影响,鄂茭2号6号株系综合效益最好,具有产量高、品质好、上市早的特点,其次是秋玉。

【Abstract】 In Enshi alpine region, seven Zizania latifolia cultivars with good adaptability were screened to compare their growth potential, yield, quality, contents of reducing sugar and soluble protein. The results showed that the leaf sheath length, leaf length, plant height and leaf width had no significant difference, but the difference between stem diameter and the number of effective tillers was significant. The length, stem diameter, weight with shell and without shell, and average yield were significantly different. The content of reducing sugar was significantly different, and the difference of content of soluble protein was very significant. Ejiao No.2-6, Zhejiao No.6, Zhejiao No.2, Qiuyu and Lijiao No.1 showed good quality.When concerned with production, quality and mature period, Ejiao No.2-6 had the best comprehensive benefits with high yield, good quality, early mature period, and Qiuyu followed by.
