【摘要】 通过文献分析,结合国际和国内残疾人社区康复服务的主要内容和主要措施,作者提出我国残疾人社区康复未来发展要解决好七个关键问题,分别是:跨学科发展与加强部门间协作、个性化服务、农村社区康复发展、关注女性残疾人、居家康复服务、转介服务以及社区康复评估工具的开发。有效解决这些问题将大力推动我国残疾人社区康复的发展和我国"十三五"期间残疾人精准康复服务行动计划的实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article introduced the development tendency of international CBR and reviewed the major achievements and challenges of CBR for persons with disabilities in China. On this basis, through literature analysis, combined with the main contents and measuresand of community-based rehabilitation services, seven key issues for the future development of communitybased rehabilitation in our country are carried on the elaboration and discussion. The issues include the interdisciplinary development personalized services, community-based rehabilitation development in rural areas, gender issues, home-based rehabilitation services, referral services, and community-based rehabilitation assessment tool development issues. Andsettling these key issues effectively will vigorously promote the development of community-based rehabilitation for persons with disabilities in our country, and will push forward the implementation of the action plan of accurate rehabilitation services for persons with disabilities in the period of the 13 th five-year national plan.更多还原
