The carbon(δ13 C)and nitrogen(δ15 N)stable isotope values were investigated in different tissues in Japanese scallop Patinopecten yessoensis and 7 diets during broodstock maturation.The results demonstrated thatδ15 N value in diets was ranged from 2.584‰ to 7.230‰ while the counterpart inδ13 C ranged from-24.701‰to-16.365‰.The maximal value ofδ13 C was observed in adductor muscle,followed by mantle,gonad and gill in female broodstock,while in male broodsotck the difference was only between gill and goand.Th...
