基于LED的可见光通信系统预均衡技术研究
Equalization Technique Based LEDs Visible Light Communication System
【摘要】 目前发光二极管(LED)调制带宽一直是制约可见光通信(Visible-Light Communication,VLC)领域的一个瓶颈,一般普通的商用白光LED调制带宽只有几兆左右,严重制约可见光通信系统发展。基于提高LED的调制特性角度对可见光LED调制特性进行分析和实验论证。实验结果表明,通过基于FPGA产生信号通过预均衡驱动电路加载到蓝光LED,利用OOK-NRZ调制方式实现100Mbit/s速率,从而有效提高可见光通信系统中带宽问题。
【Abstract】 Currently based on light-emitting diode(LED) has been restricting the modulation bandwidth in the field of VLC(Visible-Light Communication,VLC),ordinary commercial white LED modulation bandwidth is only about a few megabytes seriously hampered the development of a visible light communication system.Based on the improved modulation characteristic of LED Angle,discusses the characteristics of analysis and experiment,on visible light LED modulation.The experimental results show that based on the FPGA signal,through an equilibrium loaded into the blue LED,drive circuit using the OOK-NRZ modulation way to up 100 Mbit/s rate.To improve the communication bandwidth problem in Visible light communication system.
