严寒地区城市污水厂出水热能利用实例分析
The Practical Analysis to the Utility of Sewage Thermal Power in Urban Sewage Plant in Severe Cold Areas
【摘要】 介绍了吉林省某市利用城市污水厂AICS池的出水作为污水热泵机组水源进行供热和制冷的项目实例,分析了该污水源热泵系统的概况、应用情况和节能减排效益。分析可知,该污水源热泵系统能够为建筑提供足够的热能,并且其节能环保效果与传统锅炉供热及空调机组相比,全年减少燃煤消耗约281t,减少CO2、SO2、氮化物和粉尘等污染物排放约923.23t。结果表明,在严寒地区利用城市污水厂出水的热能进行供热和制冷,运行效果理想。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces a heat pump heating and cooling application engineering project of an urban sewage treatment plant in Jilin Province China by using the sewage from Alternated Internal Cyclic System(AICS)pool,and also analyzes the general situation and the application of this sewage-source heat pump system,as well as its benefit of energy-saving and emissions reduction.The analysis results show that this sewage-source heat pump system can not only satisfy the heating requirements of the building,but also save about 281 tcoal consumption,and reduce about 923.23 tof the pollution emission of CO2,SO2,Nitrogen and dust one year comparing with the traditional coal-fired boilers and air conditioning units on energysaving effect.So a conclusion can be made that the heat supply and refrigeration by using the water from urban sewage plant after treatment in the cold North region can get the desired effect.
