【摘要】 目的:探讨下肢骨折后下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的发生率与骨折部位、骨折类型和待术时间的关系。方法:回顾分析2043例下肢骨折患者的病历资料,记录不同部位骨折、不同骨折类型和不同待术时间患者DVT的发生率。结果:2043例患者中182例发生DVT,发生率为8.92%。不同部位骨折DVT发生率由高到低依次为股骨近端骨折、股骨干骨折、股骨远端骨折、胫骨平台骨折、胫腓骨干骨折、踝关节骨折、髌骨骨折、足部骨折。三个及以上部位骨折患者DVT发生率明显高于单发和两个部位骨折(P<0.05);待术时间≥4天的患者,DVT发生率明显高于<4天的患者(P<0.05)。结论:临床骨科医师应重视骨折后DVT高发部位和多发骨折患者,以便尽早行针对性的诊治,对于待术时间较长的骨折患者,应给予相应处置,以降低DVT的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the relationships between incidence of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) and fracture site, fracture type and waiting time for operation after lower limb fracture. Methods: The clinical data of 2043 lower limb fracture patients were retrospectively analyzed and recorded the incidence of DVT of different fracture site, fracture type and waiting time for operation. Results: Among 2043 lower limb fracture patients, the incidence of DVT was 8.92%(182/2043). The incidence of DVT from high to low at different part of fracture was proximal femoral fracture, femoral shaft fracture, distal femoral fracture, tibial plateau fracture, fractures of tibia-fi bula shaft, ankle joint fracture, patella fracture, foot fracture.The incidence of DVT of fracture of three or more parts, waiting time for operation more than 4 days(including 4 day) were respectively higher than single fracture and two parts fracture, as well as waiting time for operation less 4 days(P<0.05). Conclusions: Orthopedists should pay more attention on DVT high incidence site and multiple fracture, in order to take targeted diagnosis and treatment as early as possible. The fracture patients with long waiting time for operation should be given corresponding treatment to decrease the incidence of DVT.更多还原
