【摘要】 高校开展创业法律教育以提高青年大学生的创业法律水平,已经是迫在眉睫。然而,当前大学生创业法律教育存在人才培养目标定位不够准确、创业法律教育课程设置不合理、创业法律教育师资结构不合理以及创业法律教学方法多样化不足等问题。高校应重视大学生创业法律教育、完善大学生创业法律课程体系、加强创业法律师资队伍建设力度、积极做好创业法律知识宣传工作、开展创业法律风险教育实践活动,从而促进大学生创新创业的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is imminent to carry out the legal education of entrepreneurship in colleges to improve the legal level of entrepreneurship for young college students. However,there are some problems in current college students’ entrepreneurial legal education,including that the target positioning is not accurate,curriculum setting is unreasonable,teachers structure is irrational and diversification of teaching methods is lack,which requires colleges to attach importance to college students’ entrepreneurship law education,improve curriculum system of entrepreneurship law,strengthen teachers construction of entrepreneurship law,and actively do a good job for entrepreneurial legal knowledge propaganda and develop practical activities for risk education of entrepreneurship law,so as to promote sustaining development of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship.更多还原
