【摘要】 改革开放以来,伴随着城镇化和现代化进程的不断加快,我国经济发展取得了举世瞩目的成就,但发展过程中也不可避免地付出了一种社会代价,即残疾。残疾从来不是孤立的也不是自身能够独自面对的问题,而是全社会应该共同面对的社会现实。然而,残疾人事业的发展并没有得到全社会的理解和支持,存在着一些问题。本文将针对残疾人事业发展现状和问题,提出一些对策性的建议,希望能够推动残疾人事业的快速健康发展,让广大残疾人也能够共享改革发展成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up,along with the urbanization and the modernization process,China’s economic development has made remarkable achievements,but a social cost inevitably exists during the development process,that is,disability. Disability is neither an isolated problem nor a problem can be faced alone,but a social reality that the whole society should work together to face. However,the development of the disabled people cause did not get understanding and support from the whole society,there have been some problems. This paper,in view of the situation and problems,puts forward some suggestions,hoping to promote the rapid and healthy development of the cause of disabled people and to make the majority of people with disabilities share the fruits of reform and development.更多还原
