郴州柿竹园某尾矿区不同层次的土壤重金属含量及优势植物富集特征
The characteristics of different levels of heavy metal contents and advantages of soil plant enrichment Chenzhou Shizhuyuan tailing area
【摘要】 采用火焰原子吸收分光光度法、富集系数法及转移系数法等方法测定了郴州市柿竹园矿区不同土层中Cu2+、Zn2+、Pb2+、Cd2+的含量以及分析优势植物富集特征,结果表明:不同层次同种重金属的条件下,Zn2+和Cd2+的土壤样本平均含量在4层中的第1层最高,分别达到358.40和907.13 mg/kg;Cu和Pb的样本平均含量为第4层最高,分别达到358.40和907.13 mg/kg;大多优势植物符合超富集植物的部分特征也符合规避型植物的部分特征。该矿区的污染状况较为严重,应按照每一层不同的污染情况及时建立保护及修复措施以减轻环境的污染。
【Abstract】 The flame atomic absorption spectrophotometric method, the enrichment coefficient method and the transfer coefficient method were used for determinating the content of Cu2+, Zn2+, Pb2+ and Cd2+ of different levels soil in the mining area of Chenzhou City, and analysing the characteristic of dominant plant enrichment. The results show that under the condition of different levels of the same heavy metal, the average content of Zn and Cd of the soil samples are highest in first layer among four layers, reaching 358.40 mg/kg and 907.13 mg/kg respectively, and the average content of Cu and Pb are highest in fourth layer, reaching 358.40 mg/kg and 907.13 mg/kg respectively. Most dominant plants not only accord with some parts of hyperaccumulators’ characteristics, but also conform to the characteristics of the avoid-type-plants. The pollution of this area is serious and we should take some protecting and repairing measures according to different conditions of every layer to alleviate environmental pollution in time.
