【摘要】 目的通过调查滨州市主要二级以上医院门诊量年度变化及主要就诊原因,针对薄弱环节加强门诊质量管理。方法采用调查研究法,以发放调查表的形式收集有关数据并进行统计分析。结果 27家医院门急诊就诊情况年度变化不大,总体呈上升趋势(同比增长率为8.04%);同时期同级别不同医院之间门诊量差异较大。2015年主要就诊原因涉及呼吸系统、消化系统、妇产科疾病以及慢性病和查体项目。结论不同级别不同性质的医院之间要进一步加强合作交流,推动门诊学科精细化管理和信息化建设,构建更加适宜的就诊环境。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By investigating outpatient amount and the main reasons for treatment of secondary and tertiary hospitals in Binzhou,we were striving to improve the quality of outpatient service management aimed at the weak link.Methods By distributing the questionnaire,the study used investigation research method to collect and analyze the data.Results The annual change of outpatients’ visits was little but showed rising tend as a whole in the 27 hospitals.The year-on-year rate was 8.04 percent.Outpatient amount between different hospitals of the same level had great difference at the same time.The main reasons for treatment in 2015 included respiratory diseases,digestive system diseases,obstetrics and gynecology diseases,chronic diseases and physical examination.Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the cooperation and communication between different hospitals in different levels.We should promote clinic subjects fine management and information construction and build more appropriate surroundings for treatment.更多还原
