基于物联网技术的电梯安全管理系统的研究与设计
Research and Design of Elevator Safety Management System Based on Internet of Things(IOT) Technology
【摘要】 电梯与人们的日常生活息息相关,电梯运行和保养的实时监控是一个很有社会意义的研究课题。本文的工作是研究开发一个电梯安全管理系统,系统主要由两大部分构成:电梯数据采集传输模块和数据中心平台设计。电梯数据采集传输模块主要采集电梯运行过程中的重要状态信息,数据中心平台接收到电梯数据信号,通过比对预设的电梯故障判断模型数据,对异常数据发出报警信号,并通知相关部门实时处理电梯故障。数据中心还可以自动生成电梯年度检修任务,并记录电梯维修人员的日志。最后本文总结了基于物联网技术的电梯安全管理系统的功能特点,并对后续的研究改进工作进行了分析展望。
【Abstract】 Elevator is closely related to people’s daily life. Elevator operation and real-time monitoring of maintenance is a research topic with great social meaning. This paper aims to research and develop an elevator safety management system which is mainly composed of two parts: acquisition and transmission module of elevator data and design of data center platform. Acquisition and transmission module of elevator data mainly collects the important state information in the process of elevator operation. The data center platform receives elevator data signal and compares it to the preset model data of elevator fault judgment, then sends alarm signals about abnormal data and notifies relevant departments to deal with elevator faults in real time. The data center can also automatically generate annual maintenance task of the elevator, and record the logbook of elevator maintenance personnel. Finally, this paper summarizes the function and characteristic of elevator safety management system based on IOT technology, and analyzes and prospects the subsequent research and improvement work.
