【摘要】 咳嗽变异性哮喘是引起慢性咳嗽的常见疾病之一,临床以反复发作的刺激性干咳为主要表现。现代医学多运用治疗支气管哮喘的药物控制病情、缓解症状。伏邪理论为中医病因学思想中重要组成部分,对指导临床治疗外感内伤等多种疾病颇有意义。通过探讨中医伏邪理论与咳嗽变异性哮喘的联系,可认为正气不足、风伏肺金为发病的根本原因,鼓舞正气、祛风外达为治疗的基本原则。为运用伏邪理论治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘提供理论依据和辨治思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cough variant asthma(CVA) is one of the common diseases that can cause chronic cough.Recurrent irritating cough is the main symptom.Modern medicine uses drugs which treat bronchial asthma to control the disease and relieve symptoms.Fuxie theory is an important part of Chinese medicine etiology,and it is quite meaningful to guide the clinical treatment of diseases such as internal injuries.By discussing the relationship between fuxie theory and CVA,it can be considered that deficiency of qi and pathogenic wind invading lung are basic reasons for CVA.Expelling underlying pathogenic wind and protecting vital qi are basic principles of treating methods.This study can provide theoretical basis and feasible methods in clinical practice to treat the CVA.更多还原
