【Abstract】 Stagnated blood was originated in Shanghan Lun,which can be divided into stagnated blood in Taiyang and stagnated blood in Yangming.Stagnated blood in Taiyang is caused by heat induced blood stasis,where heat is more severe than blood stasis,which develops into syndrome of exogenous stagnated blood,including heat in yingfen and sores,treatment of this disease should focus on clearing heat and cooling blood,and assist with dissipating stasis and activating blood circulation.Stagnated blood in Yangming is caused by blood stasis induced heat,where blood stasis is more severe than heat,which develops into syndrome of internal stagnated blood,including local swollen and pain,abdominal mass,consumptive disease and dry blood,treatment of this disease should focus on dissipating stasis and activating blood circulation,and assist with clearing heat and cooling blood.更多还原
