【摘要】 活血化瘀类药是妊娠期间应用较为慎重的药物,又是某些妊娠合并病的必用药物。文章选用了李祥云教授治疗妊娠合并病的3个验案,介绍了妊娠期间应用活血化瘀类药3个基本原则:(1)敢用,运用活血化瘀类药坚持中医辨证;(2)善用,应用活血化瘀类药做到中病不伤胎;(3)停用,应用活血化瘀类药及时观察中病即止。三原则基于《黄帝内经》妊娠期"有故无殒,亦无殒"用药原则,完整地体现了"大积大聚,其可犯也,衰其大半而止,过者死"用药思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Herbs for activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis are applied more carefully during pregnancy. However, these herbs sometimes are obligatory in certain pregnancy diseases. This article mainly introduces professor LI Xiangyun’s three basic principles in using the herbs of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis through three proven cases:(1)Dare to use, but must obey TCM syndrome differentiation;(2)Be apt to apply the activating blood circulation to dissipate blood stasis herbs in treating gestational diseases in order to treat diseases but not hurt the fetus.(3)Stop using as soon as get effect. These three principles are based on the medication principle ‘there is no danger usingfierce drugs when treating the pathogenesis during pregnancy’ in Huangdi Neijing, and completely reflect the medication ideas of ‘when amassment and accumulation occur, treatment only needs to eliminate most of the pathogenic factors, otherwise treating more will lead to death’.更多还原
