【摘要】 经方治疗痹证不是辨病论治,也不是某一经验方,而主要依据症状反应进行六经方证辨证,即根据患者的症状特点,先辨六经,继辨方证,求得方证对应而治愈病。文章结合临床常用方证阐释了胡希恕先生提出的"痹证多在少阴,但痹证六经均有"的治疗思路,同时结合冯世纶教授的临证验案对此思路进行了进一步的分析。更多还原

【Abstract】 Classical prescription in treating arthralgia syndrome is not treatment based on disease differentiation, nor based on an experiential effective recipe, but mainly according to the symptoms to apply six channels and formula-pattern syndrome differentiation, namely according to the characteristics of the patient’s symptoms, first identifying six channels, following identifying the prescription, and syndrome differentiation obtained to cure disease from prescription corresponding to syndrome. This paper explained the thought ‘arthralgia is much in Shaoyin, but is in six channels as well’ which was proposed by HU Xi-shu, combined with clinical commonly used formula-pattern, and further analyzed this thought combined with clinical case of professor FENG Shi-lun.更多还原
