【摘要】 国医大师朱良春教授善于治疗疑难杂症和危重病,得益于对奇经八脉理论的灵活应用。文章从朱老对奇经八脉理论学习与继承,包括《黄帝内经》《难经》《奇经八脉考》等,在历代医家的学习中,朱老受张锡纯影响较大,对蒋宝素《问斋医案》中关于奇经八脉的理论进行了深入研究。临床中,朱老系统整理了虫类药入奇经的理论,并多有创新。首次发现了穿山龙益肾壮督的功效,并成功运用于顽痹等疑难疾病的治疗,提出"益肾壮督培其本,蠲痹通络治其标"的法则,大大提高了临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 As one of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) masters, professor ZHU Liang-chun was good at treating the incurable diseases, which was benefited from the his flexible application of the eight extrameridians theory in clinical practice. It was discussed about the inheritance and innovation of eight extra meridians theory of professor ZHU, including the classic books of Inner Cannon of Huangdi, Nan Jing and Qijing Bamai Kao. Professor ZHU learned the knowledge from many ancient doctors like ZHANG Xi-chun and JIANG Bao-su. In clinical practice, professor ZHU treated the patients with insects medicine which belongs to eight extra meridians. He firstly found that the effect named ‘supplementing kidney and strengthening governor channel’ of Nutgrass Galingale Rhizome and successfully applied to the treatment of intractable diseases. It was proposed a principle named ‘supporting the root by supplementing kidney and strengthening governor channel, treating the manifestation by removing arthralgia and dredging collateral’, which improved the clinical efficacy greatly.更多还原
