【摘要】 不自主运动大多辨证属肝阳上亢、热盛动风,而笔者跟随史载祥老师临证过程中,发现不乏辨证确属阳虚水泛者,且选用真武汤治疗疗效明显。文章中良性肌束颤动、生理性震颤增强、帕金森综合征、特发性震颤、痛性痉挛5种不自主运动,以真武汤为主方治疗均得到缓解和控制,有的经过2年多的随访证实。文章进一步总结了"阳虚动风""温阳利水"的理论和应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The syndrome of involuntary movement is mostly belonged to syndrome of upper hyperactivity of liver yang and syndrome of stirring wind due to intense heat,but in the process of following professor SHI Zai-xiang in the outpatient,we found that there were many involuntary movement patients with syndrome of water overflowing due to yang deficiency,and treating with Zhenwu Decoction could receive obvious curative effect.This paper introduced 5 kinds of involuntary movements such as benign muscle tremor,enhanced physiological tremor,Parkinsonism,essential tremor,cramp,which were treated with Zhenwu Decoction all could receive obvious curative effect.This paper further summarized the theory and application of ’stirring wind due to yang deficiency’ and ’warming yang for diuresis’.更多还原
