【Abstract】 This article introduced some commonly used instruments in measuring oxygen, such as electrochemical oxygen analyzer, zirconia oxygen analyzer and paramagnetic oxygen meter, and placed emphasis on the working principle and main advantages of limiting current oxygen analyzer. In the meantime, main factors which affected the accuracy and service life of limiting current oxygen analyzer were also studied and analyzed. Rational application recommendations of limiting current oxygen analyzer on storage and transportation of fruits and vegetables were presented as well.更多还原
