【摘要】 目的:研究糖尿病对妊娠的影响。方法:观察组一次性腹腔注射1%链脲佐菌素(160 mg/kg)制备糖尿病小鼠模型,对照组注射等剂量生理盐水;再制备成妊娠模型,统计造模成功例数。结果:观察组小鼠46只,成功妊娠20只,妊娠率为43.5%;对照组小鼠10只,成功妊娠10只,妊娠率为100%,两组差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病会降低小鼠的妊娠率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of diabetes on pregnancy. Methods: One-time intraperitoneal injection of 1% streptozotocin( 160mg/kg) was used to prepare diabetic mice model in observation group. The rats in control group were injected with the equal dose of saline. The pregnant model was established and the successful case number was calculated. Results: In 46 diabetic mice,20 cases were pregnant successfully,with the pregnancy rate at 43. 5 %. There were 10 mice in control group,all of them were pregnant,and the pregnancy rate was 100 %. There was significant difference between the two groups( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: Diabetes can reduce the success rate of pregnancy in mice.更多还原
