【摘要】 目的:观察中医护理对中风患者肢体康复的疗效。方法:将120例中风患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60例,对照组进行常规护理,观察组采用中医护理。3个月后,采用Berg平衡量表评估两组患者肢体康复功能,比较护理效果。结果:观察组患者Berg评分、上肢功能、下肢功能和手指功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中医护理在促进中风患者的肢体康复方面具有一定的优势,值得临床推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine( TCM) nursing on limb rehabilitation in patients with stroke. Method:120 cases of stroke patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 cases in each group. The patients in control group received routine nursing and those in observation group used TCM nursing. 3 months later,Berg balance scale was adopted to evaluate the limb rehabilitation function in the two groups and the therapeutic effects were compared. Results:Berg score and function scores of upper limbs,lower limbs and fingers in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: TCM nursing is superior in helping to promote limb rehabilitation for patients with stroke and deserves the clinical expansion.更多还原
