LF精炼炉硅分布的统计分析

【摘要】 利用黑箱模型原理,以68个钢种2 870组生产数据为统计样本,对LF精炼炉精炼过程的硅分布平衡进行统计分析,结果表明入炉原辅料与离位钢水中硅的质量分数和质量均符合线性关系,统计分析及实际校验偏差均服从正态分布,偏差小于5%的数据占整个样本空间的90%以上.应用所得模型已减少冶炼过程送检样频次20%.

【Abstract】 Based on the black-box principle model,2 870 sets of data of 68 series of steels were statistically analyzed to outline the silicon distribution. Both the silicon concentration and mass of input are linear-related to that of output. Samples with deviation less than5% are more than 90% in whole sample spaces according to Gaussian distribution. Analysis times were proven to be reduced by 20%after the statistical fitted line was applied to the real LF refining process.
