熔融沉积快速成型不同喷头尺寸下的工艺分析

【摘要】 FDM是当代较为流行的先进制造技术之一.但由于成型件在快速成型后容易出现质量精度问题,本文从喷头不同尺寸方面对喷头结构进行模拟分析.首先对固液共存区进行分析;针对喷头在熔融沉积过程中,材料(ABS树脂材料)受热发生变形做了FLUENT流体工程仿真,在进丝速度与喷头温度一定的情况下,分析喷头长度为13,15,20 mm三种不同尺寸结构下的温度云图和压力云图,并分析出有效进丝速度,为3D打印设备参数的优化提供理论依据,为设备的改进提供了创新依据.

【Abstract】 FDM is one of the most popular advanced manufacturing technologies. However,due to the quality problems of the molding parts after the rapid prototyping,the structure of the nozzle from the different dimensions of the nozzle was analyzed. The solid-liquid coexistence zone was analyzed. Aiming at the nozzle in the fused deposition process,the simulation of the material( ABS resin) heating deformation was carried out using FLUENT. The temperature charts and pressure nephogram at three different length( 13,15,20mm) of the nozzle were investigated under the condition of a certain wire feeding velocity and nozzle temperature. The effective feeding speed was obtained,providing a theoretical reference both for the parameter optimization of 3D printing equipment and for the equipment improvement and innovation
